B A C SpeedTest operates edge points of presence across 21 metropolitan clusters across the Indian sub-continent. Peering connections terminate at major Internet Exchange (IX) points (including NIXI, Extreme IX, and AMS-IX India) and tier-1 global CDN transit routes.
Our edge servers do not act as internet service providers (ISPs) or telecommunications carriers; rather, they serve as unthrottled diagnostic endpoints for measuring real-time packet transit velocity.

In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
