1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using B A C SpeedTest (https://speedtest.officialbac.in) and its associated network probe APIs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use & Fair Usage Policy

B A C SpeedTest provides free bandwidth diagnostics for personal, enterprise, and educational network performance verification. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable Indian and international laws.

Prohibited Activities:
  • Automated scraping or aggressive programmatic loop-flooding of high-speed binary endpoints (/api/download, /api/upload) without written authorization.
  • Attempting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) or interfering with the operational stability of any of our 21 edge nodes.
  • Reverse-engineering or forging benchmark result certificates with intent to misrepresent speed test ratings.

3. Benchmark Accuracy & Disclaimer of Warranty

Network throughput and latency metrics reflect live conditions at the instant of execution across our multi-stream architecture. Actual throughput is influenced by local Wi-Fi interference, consumer router hardware, and internet service provider routing.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. B A C disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The B A C trademark, brand logos, speedometer gauge design, spline waveform rendering algorithms, and custom stylesheets are the intellectual property of B A C. You may freely share generated benchmark certificates (/result/:id) on social media, review sites, and technical reports.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
